The brainchild of Bettina, Screw Up Tuesday is an opportunity to confess to us all those little hiccups we all make in life. And then put them in a bubble and blow them out to the Universe. (I’ve been watching Dharma and Greg)

So, forgive me Father, for I screwed up, lol.

• Sunday, we ran out of gas. Again. We have a gas bottle for cooking. It isn’t the first time and won’t be the last. Mr Shamrock was cooking the last pancake.
• Speaking of Sunday, Mr Shamrock went out to feed the animals and Violet presented him with some piglets!!!! We didn’t even know she was pregnant. Didn’t even think Ernie was up to it. 8 piglets, 7 living, one got out of the pen and froze to death in the cold. So 6 living. A screw up with a happy ending. We laughed about all the times I checked Violet for coming on heat etc. We leave them to it and Voila. Bacon.

• Mr Shamrock went to move the piglets as Violet decided to deliver them in the muddiest, dirtiest part of the pen. We know Mama pigs can be feral. Anyway, Mr Shamrock picked up a widdle piglet and it SQUEALED !!!!!!!! Violet charged him **Snigger snigger** and he ran like the clappers. So we have built a shelter over the pigs… lol.
• I was feeling like Domestic Goddess 2008 yesterday. Last week, I was crashing, this week I am balanced. I was right behind the 8 ball and proud of myself. I like to make risotto from scratch coz I am such a Martha and decided not to refer to the recipe as I have made it so often. **Note to self** Refer to recipe. I munted the risotto and it turned out soggy.
