Billy has aged better than the other two, I think. Although Cliff Richard does look like a man now, instead of so girly like the first photo.

Marita ~ YES, I reckon. Though none of these guys have had plastic surgery either and i reckon they can make a difference too.
River ~ I think Neil still has those smoldering eyes. Though all those guys are as old as my parents, so I won’t comment any further… lol.
